Do I need to change the software we already use?
Usually not. The point is to connect what you already run rather than replace it. We build integrations across email, spreadsheets, CRMs, booking systems, and your website, using an automation layer like n8n or direct API work where that's cleaner.
How quickly does automation pay for itself?
The honest answer depends on how many hours a week the task currently consumes, which is the first thing we work out on the call. Automations that replace a daily manual step usually pay back within a few months; ones replacing a rare quarterly task often aren't worth building, and we'll say so.
What happens if an automation breaks?
Every workflow we build includes error handling and alerting, so a failure notifies someone rather than silently dropping work, the single most important thing to get right in automation. We also hand over documentation for what each workflow does and how to pause it.
